This policy explains what data BumpHop processes, why it is used and what rights you have.
Data controller
The BumpHop publisher controls the processing described here. Its identity and contact details will be added to the legal notice before production.
Data processed
We may process email addresses, website information and logos, URLs, publishing checks and decisions, purchases and amounts, and limited technical data concerning connections, security, impressions and clicks.
Purposes and legal bases
Data is used to authenticate users, perform the service and payments, manage rankings, moderate content, prevent abuse and measure visibility. Depending on the processing, the legal basis is contract, legal obligation, legitimate interests in security and improvement, or consent where required.
Retention
Data is retained as necessary for its purpose, accounting and legal duties, security and legal defence. The final retention schedule will be established before production.
Recipients and transfers
Authorised staff and providers necessary for hosting, email, mapping and payment may receive certain data. Owner emails are never shown publicly. Transfers outside the EU are covered by a GDPR-recognised mechanism.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability and object to certain processing. You may complain to the relevant supervisory authority. The rights contact address will be published before production.
Cookies and security
The service uses storage strictly necessary for sessions, security and language. Non-essential tracking requires notice and consent where applicable. Proportionate technical and organisational measures protect data, although no system can guarantee zero risk.
