These terms will govern sponsored-visibility purchases once real payments are enabled.
Scope and moderation
Purchases concern ranking value for an approved profile. New destinations are moderated before payment. Approval creates no obligation to buy. The initial estimate is neither a fixed price nor a reservation: amount and position are recalculated at checkout.
Price and order
Total price, currency and taxes are shown before confirmation. Users check the place, profile, amount and estimated effect. A temporary reservation becomes an order only once payment is confirmed.
Payment
The provider, accepted methods and charge timing will be specified before commercial launch. Full card details are never requested outside the provider’s secure flow.
Performance and ranking value
After payment, value is assigned to the link and may change its position. The purchase concerns ranking power and visibility, not a deposit, investment or acquired position. Other links may overtake it.
Ranking value over time
Each contribution keeps 100% of its ranking value for 120 days. It then gradually decreases with a half-life of 365 days. Historical payments remain recorded separately and a new contribution does not reset previous ones.
Withdrawal and refunds
Immediate performance and, where lawful, an express waiver request will be presented before payment. The final refund policy and required withdrawal form will be added with real payments.
Fraud and chargebacks
Where fraud, a payment dispute or chargeback is suspected, BumpHop may suspend performance and remove corresponding value without restricting the payer’s mandatory rights.
Complaints and mediation
Complaint details and the competent consumer mediator will be added before commercial launch. Consumers may use mediation free of charge after first making a written complaint.
